Scheduling a Presentation

If you're ready to schedule a presentation, email Carol at birdteacher@yahoo.com with the following information:
Teacher's name, school or group name
Address of where presentation will be held
Contact phone number
Program Name
Grade level or age of students
Total number of kids in the class
Date and time of program you would like
Are live animals allowed (if indicated by the program description)?
Do you have a preference on the animal visitors?
For security reasons, Carol does not post her phone number on the internet but she will call you to verify the presentation.
